This site is a tribute to Jane Gedge, who was born on October 18, 1967. Jane was first treated for breast cancer in 2013 before it's dreaded return in 2015. During this time, Jane was cared for by St Elizabeth Hospice where she spent the majority of her days experiencing great love and support by the wonderful staff at the Hospice and also receiving many adoring visits by her family and loved ones. Jane sadly lost her fight against breast cancer on 8th September 2015. This page has been set up to remember the fun and bubbly personality of an extremely kind, caring and generous woman. I invite you to explore the page and interact with this page in anyway that you feel most comforting. Please feel free to write stories/memories that mean a lot to you and may also be able to touch the hearts of other people who Jane also meant a lot to. There is a section where you can 'light candles' in honour of Jane as well as a gallery where you can upload your own pictures of Jane. There is also a fundraising page where Christopher Start will be competing in the IronMan 2018 in memory of Jane and to raise funds for St Elizabeth Hospice where Jane was cared for. This is the largest event that Christopher has ever competed in and it will definitely be a challenge swimming, cycling and running in unknown weather conditions! Completing this event will take great strength which couldn't be more relevant to Jane and this page. Jane showed great strength and courage whilst battling through cancer, as did all those who looked after her including family members and the hospice.

St Elizabeth Hospice was a big factor in the last month's of Jane's life and in order to continue to provide their wonderful care to others that require it, I please ask that you're able to donate in anyway that you can.
